The new, improved and upgraded Hobart Ecomax Plus F515SW has all the features of the incredibly popular F503S that it is replacing. However, it now comes with an even better, easier to use control panel and inbuilt USB interface for easier servicing, diagnostics and software updates. It also has an in-built softener which is ideal for sites in a hard water are.

 It has a comprehensive specification with a lot of incredible features built in as standard. For example it has an automatic self flushing cycle which helps to maintain hygiene levels. Another feature that comes as standard is the thermostop rinse control which ensures the Hobart F515SW only rinses at the correct teperature. It is a very energy efficient machine too thanks to its double skinned cabinet which reduces waste heat being lost and the compact wash tank for minimal water usage.
