The AMXW is designed to be as cost effective as possible. The ACCURINSE system uses just 2 litres of water per rack, reducing water usage by up to 30%. Also, the exhaust energy storage system gets rid of the need for an extraction canopy by recycling heat generated during the wash cycle, saving energy. The Genius X2 system also helps reduce costs by removing 20-40% more debris from your wash water it can reduce detergent usage by up to 40%.
In a busy kitchen environment, ease of use is important, and Hobart has added a whole host of features to the AMXW with this in mind. The hood-mounted control system makes using the machine simple. If you need detailed information on your machine, the integrated WiFi module can connect with the Hobart WASHSMART app, giving you a detailed overview of the machine’s status. Cleaning is also made easier with the Clip-in wash arms, which can be easily removed and replaced with just one hand.
