The Hobart Ecomax HEFRG77A is a large freestanding gas fryer designed to be easy to use and maintain. The HEFRG74A has a large, front drainer which makes drain downs quicker and easier. This high performance gas fryer has 2 x 14 litre tanks making it ideal for busier establishments. With a moulded and continuously welded tank it is incredibly reliable but also very easy to clean. For user safety the HEFRG77A has a shut-off system in case the oil starts to overheat.
