Within the insulated box there is space for 3 GN 1/1 pans alongside camchillers or camwarmers to extend the holding temperatures as necessary. A compartment on the inner back wall for camwarmers or camchillers prevents overhead condensation drips and promotes even temperature distribution. Featuring comfortable, integrated handles on all 4 sides the Cambro Food Pan Carrier is easy and safe to lift. For easy content identification each box has a built-in label area that keeps plastic menu tags in place.
