The Hoshizaki IM-240APE is a ice cuber capable of producing up to 195kg of ice per hour. Hoshizaki's primary focus when designing the IM-240APE was hygiene. Each ice cycle is produced using fresh water and formed within a closed cell system. The closed cell system stops airborne bacteria getting into the ice whilst also helping produce a denser cube. The removable filter and door gaskets are quick and easy to clean. There are 3 bin options with a range of capacities from 140kg, 217kg to 348kg. This gives sites the option to pick a bin based on their sites demands and they can be changed if these demands change.
