The Williams Crystal RC1T is a single door retarder, designed for the bakery refrigeration sector. It can hold up to twenty 18” x 30” inch bakery trays. The RC1T is full of energy saving technology to ensure it operates efficiently in the busiest work environments. This unit is designed to work efficiently in temperatures up to 43°C ambient. The door is self-closing to avoid temperature loss and is fitted with a magnetic balloon gasket that are easy to clean or replace. For improved stability, as standard the RC1T is fitted with heavy-duty, non-marking swivel castors.
