The Valentine EVO250 Fryer is great for busy sites that need a reliable fryer that will save in energy and oil use. This fryer features a single tank with one basket. The tank has a capacity of 9-10 litres and have an output of 20-26kg per hour.

Complete with:

• 2m mains cable as standard for added flexibility
• Smaller cold zone requiring less oil to fill the fryer but with the same output
• Turbo option available for a more powerful unit
• Optional pumped filtration system helps keep oil cleaner for longer, allowing the oil to be used more than once
