The Turbochef Fire oven is a high-speed electric pizza oven. Turbochefs High-h air impingement technology decreases cooking times by 40-50%. It has top and bottom convection fans that can be controlled independently up to temperatures of 450°C. The Fire has 6 preset timers to suit a multitude of pizza sizes and thickness. It is capable of holding pizzas up to 14" and cooking a traditional pepperoni pizza in less than 3 minutes.
