A combination of air impingement and microwave technology offers precision whilst reducing cook times by a massive 80%. The Turbochef Eco also has a menu that can be fully customised to suit your individual needs and is capable of storing up to 256 unique recipe settings. All this with an oven width of just 409mm, helping maximise your kitchens effectiveness and counter space.
