User friendly, and easy to clean, the Hobart Bonnet BCB1200-1 has eight iron cast radiant burners, which operate at a maximum working temperature of 380°C. Designed for greater efficiency and usablility, the burners create consistent heat by radiating heat upwards to the grates. Easy to use, and equally easy to maintain, the BCB1200-1 is built from durable stainless steel. Long-lasting and robust, it is also really easy to clean thanks to the removable grates and cassette style heat deflectors. This is further aided by the carefully controlled temperature, designed to ensure fats do not stick to the grates.
