The Foster BFT 48 Blast Freezer is able to freeze from +70°C to -18°C within 240 minutes. As it can also operate as a blast chiller this adds a greater degree of flexibility, and it's bottom mounted refrigeration unit helps increase stability and deliver uniform chilling. With an easy to use control panel, and a durable 304 stainless steel finish on both the interior and exterior, the BFT 48 is as resilient as it is easy to use.
