The Falcon E3478 steaming oven is GN 1/1 compatible electric atmospheric steamer. It has six shelf positions which makes it ideal for cooking in big batches. It comes with with removable shelf hangers which makes cleaning and maintenance even easier. The E3478 is WRAS approved, making it ideal for local authority use.
