The Convotherm Maxx Pro easyDial 6.10 ES is a 6 grid (GN 1/1) electric injection/spritzer combination oven. The large chamber means chefs can bake, roast, stew and more all at the same time. Steam is generated by injecting water into the cooking chamber which in turn provides consistently great cooking results. The easyDial display provides users with all the functions of the oven on one operating level. This makes it quicker and easier for busy chefs to select the programme they want during a busy service. A TriClolour indicator ring clearly indicates the current operation status of the oven so chefs have a clear idea of what is happening. The ConvoClean+ automatic cleaning system means cleaning couldn't be easier at the end of each service.
