Operational update during Covid-19.

As things are improving, stock and service support levels are starting to return to normal but are not fully there yet. Courier services, although better, are still being impeded and certain delivery options still cannot be offered.

Installation work is still offered but there may still be longer than usual delays in scheduling engineers.

We are doing all we can to get service levels back to normal and hope you can understand that there are guidelines we are all working towards to ensure the safety of everybody whilst trying to assist you in the most efficient way possible.

If you have any specific, time-sensitive delivery requirements we would recommend you contact us in advance of ordering.

We look forward to returning to full service levels as soon as it is safe and practical to do so.

During this rather unprecedented situation we’ve been following government guidelines to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our team and customers. Whilst we are still very much operational, we are working remotely. We’re still able to deliver a large number of items however this is changing daily. Understandably, manufacturing, distribution and delivery services are all being impacted.

If you would like to place an order we would recommend you contact us in advance to check stock and delivery availability and inform us of any special delivery requirements, helping us protect your safety and that of our delivery teams.
