The Polar U-Series UA052 is a double door fridge, ideally suited to hot, busy professional kitchens. It is designed to perform even when ambient temperatures reach as high as 40°C. With a usable net capacity of 954 litres, the Polar UA052 is ideal for sites that require a large refrigerated storage solution. The UA052 focuses on energy efficiency and has a number of features to aid this. For example, the fan assisted system ensures the set temperature is recovered very quickly even when the door is opened frequently. The cabinet also has 90mm high-quality insulation to further increase efficiency and reduces running costs. The Polar UA052 also has an automatic electronic defrost function which ensures all the components are kept frost-free and working effectively. For better efficiency and user-friendliness, the Polar UA052 is fitted with self-closing doors from 90°, a useful feature especially if you're hands are full. The fridge is built with user-friendly operation in mind. From the digital temperature controls and display which make adjusting or reading the temperature easy, to the easy-clean design that reduces maintenance time. The UA052 also has lockable doors providing sites with added security.
