The Polar U-Series UA051 single door freezer is a great solution for hot, busy professional kitchens. It is designed to perform even when ambient temperatures reach as high as 40°C. With a usable net capacity of 408 litres, the Polar UA051 is suited to busier sites that require a large storage cabinet. The UA051 is designed to offer great energy efficiency and has a number of features to assist this. For example, the temperature is recovered very quickly even when the door is opened frequently thanks to the fan-assisted system. The cabinet also has 100mm high-quality insulation to further increase efficiency and reduces running costs. The Polar UA051 also has an automatic electronic defrost function which ensures all the components are kept frost-free and working effectively. The freezer is built with user-friendly operation in mind. For better efficiency and user-friendliness, the Polar UA051 is fitted with a self-closing door from 90°, a useful feature especially if you're hands are full. From the digital temperature controls and display which make adjusting or reading the temperature easy, to the easy-clean design that reduces maintenance time. The UA051 also has a lockable door, providing sites with added security.
