How? With Hobart\u2019s double racking system.<\/p>\n<p>The Hobart Double Racking system allows sites to wash 2 racks at the same time. The configuration allows for the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plates up to 250mm high in the top rack<\/li>\n<li>Open ware (cups\/dishes etc.) up to 110mm high on the bottom rack<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p3\">If you have a Hobart Ecomax Plus, Profi or Premax undercounter dishwasher you can add the optional double rack insert, allowing you to load two racks at once.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">If you need to wash larger items you can easily pop out the insert and revert to the standard single rack configuration.<\/p>\n<p>Using the Hobart double rack insert offers you increased capacity and improved efficiency.
