Delivery is free of charge to any UK mainland site for all large items. Some low value units, chemicals and accessories may incur a delivery charge. This will be stated in the shopping basket at the time of payment.

Delivery is usually within 1-5 working days from receipt and payment of order. Times can vary dependent on the product ordered and availability. - Currently, due to supply chain delays and reduced courier levels, our standard 1-5 working day delivery is not guaranteed. Some units lead time could be significantly longer. If you have a time sensitive order, we would recommend you contact us in advance of placing your order.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) between the hours of 8.30am - 5pm.

We can offer next day and timed delivery services on readily available items. A cost is usually incurred for this service.

Free delivery is to your door. Installation or specialist delivery services are available upon request.

Please note: It is the customer's responsibility to supply full information regarding the site and access. Any access issues should be clearly stated in advance. If upon arrival the deliverers cannot complete the task due to site access restrictions, the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred, including re-stocking fees, re-deliveries, specialist equipment or additional man power.

We offer a next day delivery service. However this service is chargeable. Costs vary dependent on the unit/s being ordered and the delivery site location. Orders must be placed before 12pm.
